From Intent to Positive Impact
In this course, you will gain familiarity with the role and responsibilities of an ally by learning what an ally is and how to be an effective ally. You will be walked through the allyship journey and learn the skills, steps and roles an ally can play that will help you immediately in the workplace, making you a role model for future generations.

Course Objectives & Outcomes
In this course, you will become more familiar with the roles and responsibilities of an ally by covering:
What an ally is and what it means to be an effective ally;
How you can become an ally;
Actions that can be taken to create a workplace environment that encourages allyship; and
How you can be an ally role model for future generations.
Knowing what, when and how to be an ally will give you the confidence to take action. By the end of the course, you will be able to:
Execute the roles of an ally; and
Continuously evaluate and monitor their progress on the allyship journey.
