In this course, you will learn how Free to Grow in Forestry got started and all that it has accomplished. You will also learn how to explain to your team what a diverse and inclusive culture looks like, why having a diverse team is important, and how to plan the next steps on how to build an inclusive culture within your team.

OBJECTIVES

Course Objectives & Outcomes

In this introductory course, you will learn what a team culture of inclusion looks like and why it is important. We will then introduce you to our framework for building a diversity advantage in your workplace and start to build out your toolkit for leading the change.

You will also be introduced to three courses that will help you navigate this often confusing topic including skills that will help you:
